Tour tempo is close to a 3:1 ratio — the backswing takes about three times as long as the downswing. Film at any frame rate, then count frames from P1 (first move) to P4 (top), and from P4 to P7 (impact). Example at 240 fps: 216 frames back, 72 frames down = 3:1. The exact number matters less than keeping your ratio consistent swing after swing.
